investment opportunities, constructed a model to project investment returns, secured institutional financing, negotiated relationship

to outsource property management, negotiated terms of investments and monitor financial results.

• Operate Peninsula Family Skating Center. Manage all matters of corporate governance and operations for the rink, while

partnering with community-based organizations to strengthen the rink’s impact on youth in Newport News.
